MEI LLC Announces Acquisition of Houston Rigging Company, SS Industrial LP, Expanding MEI Rigging and Crating.

Plano , TX– June 28, 2010 – MEI Rigging and Crating, a leading provider of rigging and machinery moving services, announced today the acquisition of SS Industrial LP, a heavy equipment moving business based near Houston, in Tomball, Texas.   This new business will be operated as MEI Rigging & Crating, and will provide Houston rigging services, machinery moving and related services to industry, including core markets – Oil field services, manufacturing, electrical contractors (switchgear), mechanical contractors (chillers, boilers, air handlers, etc.).
