MEI’s BottleChem provides the smallest possible chemical delivery capability at minimal cost for low consumption applications. Provides for chemical spiking on critical clean or etch tanks without the need for expensive bulk chemical delivery systems. Reduces the frequency of chemical fill maintenance required by fab support personnel.
MEI BottleChem Delivery Systems for Wet Processing
- Bottles fill variable size reservoirs to lower frequency of chemical maintenance
- Standard size, 1 gal bottles using Colder quick disconnects for ease of use
- Utilizes capacitance sensors on sight tube for reservoir level detection
- Provides a low cost means for chemical delivery required for mixing/blending as well as time based spiking on older existing systems as part of an upgrade or retrofit
- Chemical spiking capability will keep your process more consistent, often improving yields considerably on older wet station models
- Produces more consistent bath ratios eliminating operator errors and scrap often experienced with manual pouring
Spike Consistently with Two (or more) Chemicals
- Designed to store as well as provide spill containment for two or more one gallon bottles utilizing drip proof quick connects
- Connects directly to a wet station with MEI IDX software for delivery controls, or optional integrated control
- Metering pumps and IDX control software provide consistently accurate spike volumes direct to process tanks
Small Footprint Delivery Cabinet
- Designed to fit behind a typical size spin rinse dryer, saving valuable floor space
- Chemical delivery point of use is expected to be in close proximity to tower
