Mechanical Drafter Design Engineer
Summary: Responsible for supporting mechanical design engineers to complete design concepts, create drawings to standards and properly detail as needed. This person will reference various design documents and translate that information as part of their duties to remove the administrative load from the primary engineering leads on projects. Working closely with the engineer who will describe what is needed on the drawings, hand off designs that need to be finished allowing them to continue on with engineering efforts for projects. The drafter will be completing mechanical designs and sourcing mechanical components working with vendors to answer key questions for the engineering lead. MEI systems are used by the semiconductor industry for immersion/wet process applications and retrofit projects.
